MUDUN was inceptioniszed in 2021 by young minds with a united vision to bring sustainable and affordable homes to our patrons without compromising on comfort.

Our property lives up to its name by offering tenants breathtaking views of the city lights and beautiful Omani mountains. The project, which spans 6687 square meters in built-up area, features 47 apartments, 6 commercial spaces, 13 basement parking spots, and a swimming pool.
